The Best Vegan Burgers

The Recipe for Juicy Vegan Burger is Here!

Beyond Beef has made it possible for vegans to live on the juicy side again. This hamburger will have your mouth watering and lips smacking. Try it on your meat loving friends and I bet they won’t know the difference.

Shopping List:

  • 1 -1lb Package Beyond Beef , you can use the pre formed patties but for thicker, juicer burger we recommend making your own. Plus you can add cheese, onion etc, directly into the meat

    Season to taste.

  • Vegan Whole Wheat Bun

  • Vegan Cheese of you choice

    Veggies of your choice (including, but not limited to):

  • Onion Slices

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Guacamole

  • Mushrooms

  • Jalapeño

  • Top with ketchup, mustard, mayo or whatever makes your mouth water

    Variation possibilities are endless: BBQ bacon (“Cowboy”), Hawaiian, cucumber -sprout, swiss -mushroom. Have fun experimenting!

Instructions:

  1. Heat skillet and add patties. If using onion toss in slices to give the burgers a savory flavor. If using mushrooms wait for the last few min of cooking to toss in skillet.

  2. If desired top with cheese cover until melted.

  3. Remove patties and let stand 1 min

  4. While meat is resting add buns to skillet and reduce to warm to soften buns.

  5. Remove buns when soft and assemble the best tasting vegan burger in town!
